Praised are You Adonai, our God, Ruler of the universe, who makes light and creates darkness, who ordains peace and fashions all things.
With compassion He give light to the earth and all who dwell there; with goodness He renews the work of creation continually, day by day.

How manifold are Your works, O Lord; in wisdom You have made them all; the earth is full of Your creations.
Let all bless You, O God, for the excellence of Your handiwork, and for the glowing stars that You have made: let them glorify You for ever. Blessed are You Adondai, the Maker of light..

 
Ahavat Olam - Eternal Love

Great is your love for Your people, the House of Israel! You have taught us Torah and Mitzvot, laws and precepts. Therfore, Adonai, our God, when we lie down and when we rise up we will meditate on Your law.

We will think of them day and night for they are the life and the length of our days. Your love will never leave from our hearts. Prasied are You Adonai, Lover of Israel.

Who is like You, Eternal One, among the gods that are worshipped?
Who is like You, majestic in holiness,
awesome in splendor, doing wonders?
 
A new song the redeemed sang to Your name. At the shore of the Sea, saved from destruction, they proclaimed Your sovereign power: "the Eternal will reign for ever and ever!"
 
O Rock of Israel, come to Israel's help. Fulfill Your promise of redemption for Judah and Israel. Our redeemer is Adonai, the Holy One of Israel. Blessed is God, the Redeemer of Israel.
 
Hashikiveinu - Shelter

Let there be love and understanding among us; let peace and friendship be our shelter from life's storms. Eternal God, help us to walk with good companions, to live with hope in our hearts and eternity in our thoughts, that we may lie down in peace and rise up to find our hearts waiting to do Your will

Praised are you, the Eternal One, Guardian of Israel, whose love gives light to Jerusalem and to all the world.

 
Reader's Kaddish

Let the glory of God be extolled, let God's name be hallowed in the world whose creation is willed. May God's Majesty soon prevail, in our day, our own lives, and in the life of all Israel, and let us say: Amen.

Let God's great name be blessed for ever and ever.

Let the name of the Holy One, blessed is God, be glorified, exalted and honored, though God is beyond all the praises, songs, and adorations that we can utter, and let us say: Amen.
